Who is Linked Capital Group?
Linked Capital Group is a private real estate investment firm. We help clients achieve superior risk-adjusted returns through the acquisition of various commercial properties in markets where we are experts. Linked Capital is financed by accredited investors seeking a combination of strong cash flow and equity growth.
Who can invest with us ?
Being regulated by the Security and Exchange Commission we must learn more about you before you request an invite to our investment opportunities. Please reach out to see what offering is currently available. A 506 (c) offering does require you to be an accredited investor. 506(b) offering does not under certain conditions.

Generally, you are an accredited investor if any of the following are true:

Annual income greater than $200k (for the last 2 years)

Joint household income greater than $300k (for the last 2 years)

Net worth greater than $1M (excluding your primary residence, either individually or jointly with your spouse)

You invest on behalf of an entity with at least $5M in assets or a business which all the equity owners are accredited investors.

What tax documents should I expect to receive?
A schedule k-1 will be uploaded to your profile in the investor portal, where they are conveniently available for download. Our goal is to deliver k-1s on or before the deadline of 3/15 each year.
How will investor reporting work?
Investors will receive access to their investor portal where they can review their investment details and relevant documents at any time.
Investors will also receive monthly update emails with high level financial overview benchmarked against our performance targets along with detailed property specific updates.
Do tax losses pass through to investors?
Yes! typically all real estate tax losses do get distributed to our investors based on their investment.
What are the tax implications of investing in real estate syndications or funds?
Real estate investments and syndications offer a number of tax advantages. Please consult with your tax advisor to find out more.
Is this an investment backed by real estate? Would I actually own a percentage of the property?
Yes and yes. Ownership is across the fund, not a single asset. Better diversification for investors!
If a property loses money, am I responsible to invest more to cover losses?
No. In a syndication, LPs are only responsible for their initial investment.
